  Netivei Israel mission is the outcome of the process which gathered 8 strategic thinking teams in one strategic thinking effort. The mission was re-created in 2019 with major purpose to meet present and future challenges of State of Israel.

• Multimodal transport infrastruture strategy

  Netivei Israel is No. 1 transport infrastructure company in Israel which is responsible for intercity roads, construction of new electrified railways and international airport.
  
  The company delivers transport infrastructure at highest possible standards and proposes the best service to its customers and stakeholders supporting safe and convinient commuting, managing road traffic in Israel.

• Intercity road network maintenance and operations

  Core responsibilities are service to road users, traffic management and deployment of advanced traffic systems, maintenance asphalt paved roads, road structures, green areas, road lights, energy efficiency and other road network operations.

• Responsible project management and engineering

  Netivei Israel is No. 1 expert in engineering and management of complex large scale transport infrastructure projects and programmes. We develop and deploy advanced desicion support and management systems (e.g. BIM, Menifa).

• Netivim College

  Netivim offers unlimited opportunities for learning, training and certification of infrastructure specialists.

• Corporate social responsibility and sustainability

  We adopted the sustainability approach as a core business strategy.

• International relations

  Netivei Israel, through the Knowledge Management and International Relations Section, is partnering in a number of international initiatives which aim knowledge and information exchange.

• Organization chart

  Netivei Israel established 9 functional divisions, including Innovation and Strategy, Engineering and Development, Road Network Maintenance and Operations, Railway Infrastructure, Contracting and Engagements, PPP, Human Capital and Organization Operations, Legal Advisor and Finance Division.
  
  Board of Directors, with the Chairman and Director General are responsible for company's strategy and reports directly to the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Finance.
