Advanced training for tunneling engineers will start in the middle of March 2021 in Netivim. The main purpose of the training is to close knowledge gap of tunneling engineers in Israel who has not experience in TBM (Tunnel Boring Machines).
Israeli and overseas lecturers will share thierknowledge of TBM ( Tunnel Boring Machines): fundamentals of its operation, considerations and fit the sort of TBM / tunneling technology to real conditions (soft ground and/or rock) and lessons learned, insights, tricks-of-trade from the tunneling projects which were successfully commissioned in last years. During the course we plan to analys and learn from succesful case studies around the world. The training will have 4 modules.
